Hello! Welcome to the Charge Fitness app. I’ve been a competitive athlete all my life. I’ve competed at an international level in surfing, snowboarding, and bodybuilding. I’m deeply fascinated with how nutrition affects the body and understanding how to use food as fuel. I’ve completely transformed my mind and body as an athlete through the right nutrition and training protocol. It’s changed my entire life for the better, and I’m so passionate to help others do the same and that is what we are going to be ding right here on the app. You guys are going to train like I do and learn about nutrition and how it can fuel your body for optimum performance. SURF & STRENGTH

This is a 6-week program including 4 progressive workouts per week, a pre-surf warm up routine, and a "follow along" style post-surf deep stretching routine.

The entire program is built into my private app, making it extremely convenient to follow the workouts and program. Every exercise has an instructional video and written description so you can make sure your form is always on point. You can also track your reps, weight, and rest time right there within the app as you perform each exercise, making it simple to track your progress. This program is truly everything you need to get stronger and level up your overall surfing game out in the water!

It’s designed to boost your confidence in the gym, re-shape your body, and teach you a solid foundation of strength training. The workouts are repetitive, simple, and easy to follow, with demonstration videos for every exercise. The goal here is consistency—commit to this 6-week program, gradually increasing intensity as you progress. Once you’ve completed Volume 1, you’ll be ready to move straight into Volume 2.

Volume 2 builds on the foundation you laid in the first 6 weeks, introducing more complex movements, increased volume, and pushing more weight. MY TRANSFORMATION

I took these photos almost 3 years apart. In the photo on the left, I had already been lifting for about 5 years but I wasn’t doing it in a sustainable or healthy way. I struggled deeply with self doubt. I was stuck in a cycle of starving myself, bingeing, beating myself up for it, and then doing it all over again.


So what did I change? I got consistent with a healthy diet and workout routine and stopped all the extreme highs and lows.

Growing up, I was a high-level competitive surfer who struggled deeply with confidence in my own body. While I excelled as an athlete, I often felt my body didn’t match my skill set. I felt “soft”, “weak”, and quite frankly, I felt fat. After years of trying countless diets and training methods without success, I wanted nothing more than to feel confident in my own skin and to achieve a strong, athletic physique. After a long journey of learning and experimentation, I finally figured it out. Now, I’m here to help you skip the challenges I faced. I’ve discovered how to build and maintain a strong and athletic body sustainably for life.
